I received my Helix and 2 sets of wheels and was dismayed to see that a front leg had broken off and the other leg was also about to break off. I contacted Randy immediately to let him know about it. It had arrived in a shipping bag and I figured something must have happened in shipping. He mailed out to me a replacement Helix, and a second one! (In a box with bubble wrap this time!) That one had wheels already on it, so I put one of the original sets on my new Helix. I am now satisfied with my purchase and his help in the matter!
